If you cancel within the first thirty (30) days of Your Effective Date of Your Membership, You will receive a full refund of your monthly Association Membership fees. You may cancel your membership by sending written notification to DirectMed by mail or fax.

In order to receive your monthly Association Membership fee refund, you must send us a copy of your membership identification cards with your cancellation notice. Any money paid for services and products is not refundable. After 30 days, monthly Association Membership fees are non-refundable.
